Business for many years, as early as last September 27th, the local labor supervision department received complaints from employees of Zhang's company, claiming that the boss Zhang had been unable to contact for several days, and the company's 144 employees were in arrears.

The labor supervision department issued a deadline for correcting the instructions to Zhang company, urging the company to issue wages for staff and workers.

Two days later, because Zhang was still in an unconnected state, the workers were seeking advice from all over the place. Finally, the local government began to advance the wages of the workers.

In November 4, 2011, the police arrested Zhang in a bar in Fuzhou, Jiangxi.

Zhang said that in July and August last year, due to the problem of orders, the company lost more than 300 yuan and had a debt crisis. At the beginning, he did not evade the idea of paying wages, only to avoid economic debts, so he switched off his cell phone and left Shaoxing for the time being.

During this period, Zhang was sent to court and the bank account was frozen. In this case, zhang signed a counter guarantee agreement with a company in August 10, 2011.

And daily goods are mortgaged to a company for mortgages that have not been secured.

For Zhang's mortgage assets and false pfer of shares, Zhang argued in court that it was just an ordinary civil act, not to pfer property to avoid paying wages.

Yuecheng District Court has recently heard that the defendant, Zhang, as the directly responsible person in charge of a limited liability company, did not adopt a positive attitude to deal with problems in the case of business difficulties in debt crisis. Instead, he mortgaged the assets of the company, pferred the shares of the company to others and changed the legal agent to evade the wages of 144 workers and staff members for more than 56 yuan, and the government departments concerned ordered the payment to be paid. The behavior has constituted the crime of refusing to pay labor remuneration and should be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Eventually, the court sentenced him to one year's imprisonment and a fine of 1000 yuan.
