Since the continuous pin will be on nylon, the nylon zipper may be significantly higher than the bottom cloth, so the clearance between the shuttle and the needle should be adjusted.

Because the presser foot may not pressurized the bottom cloth to produce a jump needle phenomenon, the adjustment time should be at 1 mm in the standard position, and the hook thread time is a bit later, so as to facilitate the formation of the line loop. When the shuttle spindle reaches the center of the machine needle, the spindle point is higher than the 1 mm above the pinhole.

The delivery time of the cloth feeding teeth should be adjusted to the most suitable position with the machine needle, so as to complete the feeding action and prevent the broken needle phenomenon.

Sewing thread is smooth and twist suitable.

A simple test is to see if the line is smooth after pulling through the line correctly. If the line is not smooth, it is easy to cause.

The end of the thread is long and short.

After adjusting the thread length, adjust the nut as far as possible to relax. Check whether the shuttles are exposed to 36 mm or so.

When the adjustment is made, cut the thread time later. From the rotating direction of the handwheel, the first point is red, that is, the standard shear line time, the second point is blue, and the parking point is white.

The cutting time is adjusted to turn the head point into blue, the thread of the cam is unscrewed, the rotation direction of the cam spin shuttle moves slightly, and when the blue point is aligned to the cutting edge of the head, the knife is just going to move.

Line cutting, it is important to note that the cutting time can not exceed the blue point, otherwise it will easily lead to a stop or stop when moving.

After adjustment, the machine works well when it is started again.
