The "leather shoes outsole" (QB/T2956-2008) industry standard, which was drafted by the China leather and footwear industry research institute, Wenzhou Xiaolin shoes material Co., Ltd., Fujian Longsheng Light Industry Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Xing long shoe material Co., Ltd., has been officially promulgated and implemented in September 1st.

Leather outsole is an important part of leather shoes and is directly contacted with the ground.

It bears the weight of people running and jumping, the friction and impact on the ground and the stretching and flexing of human feet. Therefore, the quality of the sole of the leather shoes is directly related to the safety, comfort and life of leather shoes. The quality of the sole of the leather shoes is more and more valued by shoes and leather shoes manufacturers and consumers.

However, there is no specific product standard for leather outsole at present. The outsole of leather shoes is standardized according to the technical requirements of QB/T 1002-2005 "leather shoes", and the standard can not fully reflect all the characteristics and technical requirements of leather shoes outsole.

From November 28, 2007 to December 1st, the drafting group led by Wenzhou Xiaolin shoes materials Co., Ltd. held a review conference.

The industry standard of "leather shoes outsole" was passed by the conference.
