It is reported that this is the third time the company has improved the dry line closure plan in a year.

Last year, it closed for the first time in May, when the entire coating station was closed, and the exhaust gas was drained away by the suction fan. However, this process made the workshops hot and the workers could not stay inside.

At the end of last year, the company once again made improvements. It also used air supply while draught. However, due to the large area of closure, it could not form an effective negative pressure, and the effect was not good.

In order to make the closure effective, Zhang Shuren, chairman of the company, personally took charge of environmental protection technicians to visit and study the dry line sealing technology of the company.

After repeated comparison, the company dismantled the original closure facilities and adopted a closed method of separating human from coating.

At the same time, wind volume and wind pressure were adjusted, and finally achieved substantial results.

In reviewing the three closure process of the dry production line, Zhang Dong said that environmental protection is the responsibility of the enterprise. Although the input of manpower and material resources is great, it is worthwhile to make good use of the environment.

Longxing company has acted quickly in environmental protection, and in January this year, through clean production, DOP recycling has become a demonstration of the whole industry.

The new 1000 square meter batching workshop has been completed. The new batching workshop has creative design, and each barrel is individually sealed to prevent odor diffusion.
