In order to strengthen the supervision and management of the quality of children's shoes in the circulation field and standardize the market order of children's shoes, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce recently carried out quality monitoring on 100 children's shoes sold by 51 distributors in four provinces and municipalities in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Liaoning.

According to the relevant regulations of the state, 9 indexes, such as sensory quality, peel strength, folding resistance of the shoes, wear resistance of the outer bottom, adhesion strength of the outsole and outer midsole, hardness of the outsole, pull-out strength of the band, breaking strength and elongation at break, were tested.

After testing, 100 groups of children's shoes samples, 71 groups of samples meet the standard requirements, the pass rate of quality monitoring is 71%.

This quality monitoring found that the main problems of children's shoes in the market are: (1) the peeling strength is not qualified.

There are 5 sets of unqualified samples in the monitoring, accounting for 17.2% of the unqualified samples.

The unqualified shoe peeling strength is very easy to cause the phenomenon of glue opening.

The above problems are mainly caused by problems in the production process of individual enterprises or problems in management.

(two) folding resistance is not up to standard.

There are 7 sets of unqualified samples in this monitoring.

The most common problems of children's shoes with unfolding resistance are the breakage of the sole, the cracking of the sides, or the opening of the bottom wall.

The main reason for the failure is that some manufacturers' outsole materials, the formula of the bottom binder are unreasonable, and the layout of the sole is unreasonable.

(three) wear resistance is not qualified.

Wear resistance is an indicator of whether the sole is easy to wear.

There are 9 sets of samples with unqualified wear resistance in this monitoring, accounting for 31% of the unqualified samples.

The main reason for these problems is the improper selection of rubber and filler in the rubber formula at the outsole, resulting in poor wear resistance of the products.

For the unqualified children's shoes found in this monitoring, the local industry and Commerce Bureau has ordered the distributors to stop selling and punish them according to law.

In the next step, the National Administration for Industry and Commerce will further strengthen the supervision over the quality of children's shoes, increase the crackdown on the illegal activities of distributing unqualified goods, educate and guide the distribution enterprises to set up product quality awareness, strictly control the quality of the products, and effectively protect the safety of children's shoes in the market.

At the same time, remind consumers to buy children's shoes when possible, as far as possible to the formal business premises to buy children's shoes products of famous enterprises.

Do not blindly pursue the appearance, choose children's shoes products suitable for their children, and keep good shopping vouchers.
