ChinaVenture Beijing time June 6th, Baosheng International (3813.HK), a retail subsidiary of Yuyuan group, is officially listed on the main board of HKEx today, with a stock code of "3813.HK" and a HK $2 billion 511 million 300 thousand loan.
The sponsor is Merrill Lynch.
According to the results of the prospectus, Baosheng international listed issue price of HK $3.05, the issue price guidance interval of HK $2.93-3.75, the price close to the lower limit of the price range.
