Dongxiang farmers used Luffa to make organic shoes. Reporters learned 17 days ago that the loofah, a ubiquitous waste in the old countryside, has now been made into hundreds of popular products.

Among them, the summer cloth loofah shoes were certified as organic products by the National Green China Organic Food Certification Center in April 3rd.

Li Xianjun, deputy director of the China Green Food Development Center, said this is the first pair of organic shoes in the world.

This is made by dozens of tests by Huang Youshui, an ordinary farmer in Dongxiang county.
