At present, the roving frame of textile enterprises is only used to produce roving, and the roving roving needs to enter the lower spinning process to be sold or used as finished products. The roving produced by the existing roving frame has no change in structure and can not spin yarns that can be directly used for weaving.

When using roving machine to produce roving yarn, three kinds of yarns are needed. They are core yarn, yarn and yarn respectively. In general, the lower number of cotton sliver is used as the yarn to feed the rollers of the roving machine in turn. At the same time, two filaments are used as core yarn and solid yarn respectively. The core yarn and the solid yarn are fed at the front middle roller of the roving frame. The core yarn is output from the front roller at the same time as the draft bar is pulled out. After twisting, the core yarn enters the magnetic guide eye of the guide yarn. The yarn is guided by the guide bar to separate into the guide magnetic eye after the output of the former roller.

In order to produce the roving fancy yarn, we have carried out the transformation of the FA415 roving machine from the following aspects. First, add the spindle seat. The ordinary roving machine only needs to feed the sliver when it is running, but when it is used to produce roving, it needs 3 feeding ports, so 2 rows of spindles need to be added, 1 of which are used for core spun yarn. Secondly, to increase the guide bar and spring tension device, a total of 3 guide bars should be added, of which 2 are the common guide yarn and the solid yarn, and 1 are used for guiding the yarn fixation separately. Saving roving test time

The traditional bobbins with elongated roving are the bobbins normally used by roving frames. For the spindle roving frame, the test elongation is easy to operate, but for the modern roving frame, because the ingot is mostly suspended, the test is relatively complicated. When the roving machine is doffed, it will need to adjust the lifting dragons to drive the head when the doffing is done. It will only make sure the bobbin is fixed when the Xialong bar rises to a certain height. It is more troublesome to do roving elongation test, especially in Konaka Sato. When the roving elongation test is to be done on the roving frame, the bobbin must be removed and the Xialong ribs are not at the lowest position when the roving frame is shut down in the non doffing state. Only when the dragons are manually lowered the doffing position can the bobbin be removed, but this will cause serious roving breakage on other spindles and increase the labor intensity of the truck.

To solve this problem, employees of the company have been thinking and trying to reconstruct the roving bobbin, that is, using the top movable bobbin to solve this problem. The height of the movable bobbin is the same as that of the normal bobbin, and the top of the movable bobbin can be rotated clockwise. Since the bobbin and the wing are aligned and clockwise rotate, the bobbin head can be designed to rotate counterclockwise to ensure that the bobbin has self tightening function when it is rotated. After the modification is made, only the movable screw head of the top of the bobbin can be turned off when the test yarn is made. In this way, the bobbin height and the inner diameter of the bobbin can be reduced, and the sample of elongation test can be easily removed without downgrading the reinforcement.
