Fujian Shoe And Garment Enterprises Import Equipment
The Fujian foreign trade and Economic Cooperation Department and the provincial import and Export Chamber of Commerce recently organized the import and export of 27 textile, clothing and footwear enterprises in the province and went to Germany, Italy and Japan to carry out cross-border equipment procurement.
At present, a total of more than 3000 machines, such as textiles and footwear, have been purchased, amounting to US $60 million.
Owing to the impact of the financial crisis, the price of advanced machinery has become loose due to the shortage of orders.
The price of many textile and footwear machinery and equipment has dropped by more than 30% compared with the previous year.
