Babu Children'S Clothing Company Invested $8 Million
Recently, Shanghai Babu children's products Co., Ltd. has won the first round of investment of 8 million US dollars, such as Fuxin international and Jiangsu hi tech investment group.
Qiu Luohuo, an international partner of Fuxin, and Wang Dapeng, an investment manager, entered the board of directors of the company.
Wang Dapeng disclosed that the investment negotiations started 1 years ago and that investment funds have been put in place. The funds will be used to support Babu beans in Shijiazhuang, Nantong and other one or two tier cities.
Wang Dapeng said that the investment is optimistic about the growth of China's children's wear market. On the one hand, it is optimistic about the brand influence of Babu's long term cultivation in China since 1994.
60% of Chinese children's clothing sales are concentrated in the wholesale market, most of which are low-grade products with no brand names.
Fuxin international investment will help Babu establish direct sales channels and promote its brand penetration in the target market.
