South China Considers Its Footwear Business Independent Listing
Nanhua group (00265) and Nanhua China (00413) issued a joint announcement in February 18th. Two companies are considering the feasibility of separately distributing the toys, electronics and footwear business in Nanhua China to the independent stock exchange of Hong Kong stock exchange. The consideration is at an initial stage. The two company will let shareholders know about the development and will make further announcement when necessary.
