"2008 the best employer selection campaign in China's apparel industry" was announced recently, and 50 enterprises such as Semir, Lining and Bosideng were honored.

The activity is based on the theme of "building brand, enhancing the value of talents and promoting enterprise prosperity". In view of finding the best business employer, nearly 800 enterprises participated in the survey. Over 300 thousand of the apparel industry professionals actively participated in online voting and questionnaire survey.

A total of three enterprises in our city were selected, and the other two were good birds and white ones.

It is understood that this event was officially launched in July 30th last year, and lasted nearly half a year, and nearly 800 entries were registered. The media associations and local chamber of commerce recommendation, online voting, telephone collection, enterprise visits and other ways were invited, and invited experts from the industry to conduct the selection. The organizing committee finally examined 50 enterprises as the best employers.

"Although some enterprises were affected by the financial crisis in 2008, they were able to face them calmly, showing a strong sense of social responsibility, taking people as the core and taking talents as the strategic resources of enterprises' greatest resources".

The organizing committee has highly praised the selected enterprises.

Through this activity survey and selection, it shows the outstanding demeanor of the enterprise in the industry, sets a good example, spreads the content of the enterprise in the talent strategy and enterprise culture in the staff's heart, and takes this opportunity to strengthen the construction of the employer's own brand and reputation, so as to realize the harmonious development between the enterprise and the talented person.
