Promote the standardization, institutionalization and scientification of community document writing and processing, and comprehensively enhance the professional level of community official writing. In the afternoon of August 27th, the shop held a special training in the first stage of official document writing, and 45 text information staff from various departments and villages (community) participated in the training activities.

The theme of this training is the language expression of official document writing. In the two hour training course, Professor Yang Jing, a management school of Anhui University, gave a wonderful lesson to all trainers by giving the boring and interesting theory of official document writing knowledge.

Professor Yang combines theory with examples to explain the four requirements of document writing language: clarity, conciseness, conciseness and Appropriateness.

This paper analyzes common mistakes in daily document format, writing norms and matters needing attention, and conveys to the trainers the concept of "writing in accordance with the word", "short, time and new" in official document writing. It focuses on the special training in the format problems such as unclear levels, incorrect use of punctuation, incorrect usage of numbers or characters in the process of official document writing.
