In June 2014, the company launched the special activities of customer records management, aiming at concentrating on cleaning up the stock customer archives, summarizing and finding deficiencies, putting forward rectification measures, regulating the management of new clothes and changing business archives, and promoting the archives management of customers to meet the new needs of marketing work under the new situation.

At present, it has completed the investigation report on the high-voltage customer archives of Wanzhou power supply company. It has thoroughly investigated the overall situation of the archive of high voltage customer files, and signed the contract for the supply and use of electricity, installed and displaced the certificate of change, and so on, and formulated a rectification plan for the existing problems.
The company initially collected and cleaned up the high-pressure customer files, and clarified the requirements and responsibilities of the next step of the detailed rectification work.
For the low voltage customer files, the company expanded its record room and dispatched special personnel.
