Polyurethane must meet the functional requirements of each component.

The tensile strength of the first layer ensures the comfort of the shoes, while the outer liner has better skid resistance and abrasion resistance.

Moreover, the combination of the double density system greatly reduces the external structural weight of the sports shoes, and has elasticity, so as to achieve the damping effect.

It is unnecessary to add adhesive to produce the sports shoes, and the whole production process is highly automated.

The custom machine was displayed and the production technology of the sport shoe was displayed, but it was not yet sold in the market.
