At the meeting,

Kamiyama Masahiko, head of technology in China, said that with the rising cost of China's garment industry, China's clothing enterprises must carry out intelligent equipment pformation to improve production efficiency and product quality, thereby slowing down the cost pressure caused by rising cost to Chinese garment enterprises.

"But the replacement of the latest equipment does not mean that the enterprise can use it well, at the same time, it also needs to enhance the level and management level of the whole pipeline process."

In this regard, Han Weiguang, director of the Institute of heavy machine sewing, agrees that he can reduce production waste time, improve effective production time, and improve business management processes, and so on, which determines the efficiency of enterprises.

Xu Yizhen, vice president of the Greater China consulting department, shows the urgency of upgrading China's garment manufacturing industry through specific data.

Data show that 55% of the purchasing managers said they would reduce procurement in China and turn to areas with relatively low manufacturing costs, such as Bangladesh, Vietnam and India.

"Lean management is very important to reshape the competitiveness of China's manufacturing. Taking tailoring as an example, enterprises should create lean cutting shops, while cutting efficiency and reducing fabric consumption."
