In September 5, 2013, the Haicang inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Xiamen conducted a field inspection of a group of blue wet cattle head skin from Tunisia, and found that there was a serious shortage of the goods.

This is the first time that Xiamen port has encountered serious shortage of imported blue wet cowhide.

The owner of Xiamen iron Sheng Import and Export Co., Ltd., under the suggestion of the staff, urgently contact the central inspection company.

The final identification result was 5080 kg net weight, less than 1/4 of the contract amount.

Blue wet cowhide, also known as cooked cowhide, is a semi finished product of cowhide processing.

The blue wet cowhide imported is of higher value.

Serious shortage has caused great losses to shippers.

After more than half a year's investigation and evidence collection, the plaintiff found that when the sealing lead on the shore arrived, the shipping company did not check the actual quantity of the goods in the pportation process, so the goods had been seriously missing when they arrived at Xiamen port.
