After the report, a reporter's investigation found that many companies in the list of penalties for sale and punishment had gone to the Jingdong to open shop.

Through the sale of the name of the company by Ali, the reporter found that a total of 30 companies that were punished by Alibaba were 12 in Jingdong.

The commodities involved include clothing, watches, sporting goods, books and so on.

The sale of Nanjing's Zhongsheng Tang Sports Goods Co., Ltd., which was released by Ali, was closed and retreated as early as January 24, 2013. The reason is that the shop sells "counterfeit goods registered trademarks of others" and the goods involved are also "Spalding basketball".

At present, the company still has shops on the Jingdong, and its shop name is "Yuecheng sports franchise store".

The store is selling a Spalding basketball at a price of 248 yuan.

The reporter then entered a Jingdong store called "Bao Jing Kangtai sports franchise store". A CONVERSE's canvas shoes were being sold at a price tag of 329 yuan, and the shop with the same name, which was applied by Beijing Bao Jing Kangtai trading company, was sold off by Ali in June 11, 2014. Now, on Jingdong, this store even sells fake merchandise patterns.

There are many similar shops in the 12 Jingdong stores, including "Nanjing Zhongsheng Tang Sports Goods Co., Ltd.", "Beijing Bao Jing Kangtai Trade Co., Ltd.", "Guangzhou mayor LAN Trade Co., Ltd.", "Beijing Sheng Yihang science and Trade Co., Ltd.", "Nanchang learning books Co., Ltd.", and many of the products sold are highly similar to the counterfeit goods listed by Ali.
