Ms. Su said they were simply trying to see if the new shoes fit.

After returning home, Ms. Su put on her new shoes and walked around the house. She felt the soles were stiff and uncomfortable on her feet. Her two friends came home and tried to find the same problem.

In April 19th, Ms. Su and his two friends came to Nike store, WAL-MART street, Taiyuan street, and found that the store was closed.

Later, she asked WAL-MART supermarket customer service staff that Nike discount shop incomplete operation, has ceased business.

According to the relevant provisions of the consumer protection law, consumers may be injured in the purchase of goods or services at fairs or rental counters. If the legal rights and interests of the consumers are damaged, the sellers or the lessors of the counters may claim compensation after the end of the exhibition or the expiration of the lease.

The organizer of the fair and the lessor of the counter shall have the right to recover from the seller or the service after compensation.

According to the above law, if the consumers' rights and interests are infringed after buying goods in discount stores, they can ask the stall renter to compensate the WAL-MART supermarket first. Afterwards, WAL-MART can claim compensation from the discount store operator.
