Lai Hedong said that at present, 80% of the workers who make automatic template equipment in the workshop are hardly skilled workers, but the quality of skilled workers can be made through simple training.

As a labor-intensive industry, the cost of labor in garment industry is increasing. Although the price of smart template equipment is high, the relative rising labor cost still has high cost performance.
