It has been a year since Abercrombie &Fitch removed CEO Mike Jeffries, and the company started to compete internally.

Today, the company finally issued the final round of leader's announcement.

Abercrombie has just promoted Hollister brand President Fran Horowitz as the group president and chief marketing officer. This is a new position. He will fully co-ordinate sales, design, planning, inventory management, etc.

And store management.

Abercrombie plans to appoint a new president for each brand, because Horowitz's old jobs are facing vacancies, and Abercrombie

President Christos Angelides has been sacked.

In search of Mike Jeffries successor, the company had contact with Horowitz, Angelides and coo Jonathan Ramsden in May.

Abercrombie detailed the changes in the leaders' document, pointing out that there was no particular reason for the termination of Angelides's cooperation with the company. His resignation made Horowitz and Ramsden a good candidate for CEO's position in Abercrombie.

According to Abercrombie &Fitch's second quarter earnings report, the company's second quarter performance soared and exceeded Wall Street's expectations, and its share price soared to $19.90 per share, or 15.2%.

Since January 2014, A&F has been changing and investors are seeking better corporate governance. So the former CEO Michael Jeffries left the office at the end of last year and was replaced by Arthur Martinez.
