We must actively guide and prudently advance. We must neither miss the opportunity nor blindly advance.

On June 20th, at the China textile industry Intelligent Manufacturing Conference held in Tai'an, Shandong, Gao Yong, secretary and Secretary General of the China Textile Industry Federation, stressed the importance of seeking practical results and promoting textile intelligent manufacturing.

Gao Yong said, "the successful cases of textile intelligent manufacturing in China are mostly demonstrative projects in the more than 30 thousand family regulations of our country, and a few have just started small scale promotion. Most enterprises need to make up lessons in the 2, 2.5 and 3 aspects of industry. We should have a clear understanding of this."

In 2017, the China Cotton Textile Industry Association surveyed the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in the industry.

Judging from the survey, the development level of Intelligent Manufacturing in China's cotton textile industry is at an initial stage. Digital equipment replacing old equipment, online production monitoring and integrated management and control is the core and bottleneck.

The development stage of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry determines that the basic work must be strengthened. Aiming at the development characteristics of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry, Cao Xuejun, deputy director of the Department of consumer goods industry of the Ministry of industry and information technology, made four suggestions: the whole industry should strengthen collaborative innovation, constantly improve and improve the basic level of intelligent manufacturing, consolidate the foundation, constantly standardize and improve the intelligent manufacturing standard system, promote integration, foster intelligent manufacturing ecology, expand application and further enhance the strength of intelligent manufacturing and pform traditional industries.

Promoting the pformation of manufacturing mode and service mode

Many factors, such as expensive employment, recruitment difficulties, improving product quality and efficiency, make enterprises have huge demand for intellectualization of digitalization and networking.

Qu Xianming, director of the Chinese Academy of engineering's manufacturing research office, believes that the breakthroughs of the new generation of AI technology and its integration with the manufacturing industry make it possible for intelligent manufacturing to achieve "intelligence".

This is clearly a higher level of application than the digital stage.

According to the three basic paradigms of China's intelligent manufacturing, namely digitalization, digitalization, networking, digitalization, networking and intellectualization (the next generation of Intelligent Manufacturing), the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in China must adhere to the technical line of "parallel development and integration development" in the next 20 years.

On the basis of summarizing the development path of enterprise diagnosis, lean production, intelligent products and intelligent equipment, and establishing a shared factory system, Qu Xianming believes that the intelligent manufacturing in textile industry needs to lay a solid foundation and do 5 things well: carry out enterprise intelligent manufacturing pformation diagnosis, cultivate benchmarking enterprises in various sub sectors, hold on-site meetings to promote application, carry out the exploration of new generation AI technology in the textile industry, cultivate specialized system integrators and set up service platforms.

In order to ensure a smooth and stable development, the integration and development of Intelligent Manufacturing in the textile industry can not be blindly aggressive and requires a clear direction of development.

Yu Jianyong, a professor of the Chinese Academy of engineering and a professor at Donghua University, said that the textile industry's intelligent manufacturing should promote the pformation of textile manufacturing mode and further promote the pformation of textile service manufacturing and textile green manufacturing.

In the pformation of manufacturing mode, traditional textile should be pformed from a large number of manufacturing mode to automatic production, automatic logistics, automatic storage, automatic detection of the few, no manufacturing mode; from the manufacturing mode based on the technological criteria to the data driven intelligent optimization manufacturing mode; from the linear manufacturing mode to the interconnected network production mode; from the mass ordering based manufacturing mode to the multi product, small batch flexible manufacturing mode, from the single factory operation mode to the distributed collaborative manufacturing operation mode.

In terms of service manufacturing pformation, traditional textile should be pformed from manufacturing mode that decides consumption to consumption determined production mode, and the producer and consumer boundaries should be abated to promote textile manufacturing to meet the trend of personalized consumption.

In the aspect of green manufacturing pformation, traditional textile manufacturing will pform from the unsustainable development mode of resource consumption and environmental impact to the precise control mode of manufacture, realize the sustainable development of energy conservation, environmental protection and ecological green. From the disposable consumption mode of textile products to the new mode of recycling, the green life of textile products will be realized.

Intelligent workshop (factory) as an important breakthrough point

Intelligent workshop (factory) is a main form of textile intelligent manufacturing at this stage, and it is also the foundation for realizing higher level intelligent manufacturing.

Gao Yong said that the intelligent workshop (factory) should be taken as an important breakthrough to carry out the technological development and pilot demonstration of the intelligent production process in the key fields of chemical fiber spinning, spinning, weaving, weaving, dyeing and finishing, clothing and home textiles, speeding up the construction and popularization of the textile intelligent workshop (factory), realizing the automation and intelligence of the whole process of the textile production process, and promoting the textile industry to pform and upgrade to a new generation of intelligent manufacturing.

It is understood that the China Textile Industry Federation has reviewed and announced the textile manufacturing industry intelligent manufacturing pilot enterprise in 2018. A total of 23 enterprises have been selected. The pilot projects of these enterprises basically belong to intelligent workshop, digital chemical plant or intelligent production line.

As the first pilot and demonstration enterprise of dyeing and finishing intelligent manufacturing in China, Shandong Kangping Na Group Co., Ltd., based on its major scientific and technological achievements of the first prize in national science and technology progress, built intelligent dyeing factory and created a new pattern of intelligent dyeing of yarn. The intelligent management mode of 1+N printing and dyeing based on cloud platform was built to realize the whole process information sharing, collaborative innovation and resource optimization of the cheese dyeing industry.

Lu Qingfu, deputy general manager of Kangping Nash group, said that at present, Kangping Na is building a standardized and replicable intelligent dyeing demonstration plant with an annual output of 20 thousand tons in Tai'an.

In addition, the intelligent dyeing factory with an annual output of 200 thousand tons in Korla, Xinjiang and an intelligent dyeing factory with an annual output of 80 thousand tons in Jiangsu Yancheng is under construction, of which the first standardized intelligent dyeing factory in Xinjiang Korla is installing and debugging equipment.

Wei Qiao textile Limited by Share Ltd invested 300 million yuan in 2016, and built an intelligent workshop of 124 thousand spindles, mainly producing high-grade cotton.

According to Qiu Chengkui, vice president of Cmi Holdings Ltd, news bird, from 2014, it began investing huge amounts of money to implement intelligent manufacturing and flexible production. It is reported that several academicians from the Chinese Academy of engineering have taken the lead in textile.

The consulting project of intelligent manufacturing development strategy has made textile intelligent workshop (factory) and new mode technology a part of the development roadmap of China's textile industry intelligent manufacturing technology system. It hopes to form a batch of textile intelligent workshop (factory) which is independently developed and researched by China, reducing labor consumption, improving efficiency and quality.
