At the beginning of 2019, the Qinzhou Huayi Petrochemical Industrial Park in the northern Bay of Guangxi, the Huayi Qinzhou chemical new material integration project is in full swing.

The total investment of the project is about 22 billion 800 million yuan, mainly to produce ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, acrylic acid and other new chemical materials, and will promote the development of clothing, building materials and other industries around.

Since last year, Guangxi has focused on introducing and expanding leading enterprises, gathering projects to build industrial clusters, and supporting upstream and downstream enterprises.

At the same time, Guangxi has intensified its policy support, encouraged enterprises to carry out technological pformation, promoted product upgrading, and concentrated funds to support major industrial projects with large investment scale, strong driving force and good efficiency.

Among them, 100 traditional industrial pformation projects have been implemented, focusing on promoting the deep processing and comprehensive utilization of resources such as textiles and other industries, extending the industrial chain and implementing green pformation in petrochemical and nonferrous industries, so as to achieve quality improvement, efficiency enhancement and pformation and upgrading of traditional industries.

For example, the Guangxi Yulin City Fumian district has introduced the Chung Tao environmental protection group, and built the first professional environmental protection demonstration park in Guangxi, taking the lead in solving the bottleneck problem of environmental protection for printing and dyeing of clothing. According to the idea of "reinforcing the chain", we started the construction of the ecological textile and garment industrial park, completed the textile and garment links, and quickly gathered a garment industrial cluster worth 100 billion yuan output value.
