According to SportsPro Media, Puma has reached a multi-year cooperation agreement with the Egyptian Football Association, which will replace Adidas and become the equipment sponsor of the Egyptian national football team.

According to the agreement, Puma will design some new competition costumes for Egypt's men's soccer, women's football and youth teams.

Prior to that, the Egyptian national team actually had cooperation with Puma, and also achieved three consecutive championships in the African cup of Nations (2006, 2008, 2010).

But since 2013, Adidas has been the equipment sponsor of the Egyptian national football team.

Until this year, the Egyptian Football Association was reworking with Puma.

For the signing, Puma sports marketing director John Adamson (Johan Adamsson) said: "we are delighted to be the equipment sponsor of the Egyptian national team again, and we hope to help the Egyptian national team win the 2019 African cup of nations."
