Recently, the Shandong Provincial People's government issued the list of key projects in 2019. There are 100 key projects. Among them, 6 key construction projects in the textile industry are: Kangping Xintai intelligent Dyeing Co., Ltd., the first phase of the cheese dyeing and dyeing factory, Qingdao Wan Xin Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., Wan Xin high end equipment manufacturing project, Shandong Sheng Quan new material Limited by Share Ltd, phenolic high end composite material project, steal joy Home Textile Co., Ltd. new health products industrialization and application construction project, Shandong Ruyi science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. high performance Lycra fiber industrialization project, Shandong new material Limited by Share Ltd high-grade new special fiber blended yarn project.

The Shandong provincial government has requested that the major projects be pformed into new and old energy conversion projects. We should conscientiously grasp the construction of key projects, promote the development of the "ten strong" industrial clusters, speed up the development of new advantages of high quality development, strengthen policy support and guarantee, further gather and innovate various supporting policies, optimize the environment of key project construction, strengthen the supervision of dispatching, improve the dispatching analysis system, establish work ledgers, decompose the annual construction tasks of each project to the full moon, grasp the progress of key projects in a comprehensive way, and put forward specific measures in view of the difficulties and problems that restrict the construction of projects.
