The board of directors of the company received a written resignation submitted by Mr. Zhang Linjian, an independent director. Mr. Zhang Linjian resigned from the seventh board of directors of the company for personal reasons and his related duties in various committees of the company's board of directors. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Linjian will no longer hold any position in the company.

According to the articles of association and relevant laws and regulations, Mr. Zhang Linjian resigned from the company's independent director duties will not lead to less than the statutory minimum membership of the board of directors of the company, nor will it affect the normal operation of the company, but it will cause the number of independent directors of the company to be less than 1/3 of the total number of board members. According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, Mr. Zhang Linjian resigned from the company when the new independent director was elected according to the statutory procedure. Before that, Mr. Zhang Linjian would continue to perform his duties as an independent director in the company. The company will elect the independent director as soon as possible in accordance with the statutory procedures and announce in time.
