On the 5 day, we learned from the national cotton industry alliance that China will further optimize the layout of the whole cotton industry chain, link the cotton production and the textile market organically, promote the construction of the whole chain production and circulation base of textiles, fabrics and garments, and strengthen cooperation between the textile industry and the cotton industry, and jointly build the national cotton brand and high-quality textiles.

Cotton is an important raw material for textile industry. The quality of cotton directly affects the quality and competitiveness of textile and clothing products. Data show that last year, China's textile and clothing exports, cotton and cotton clothing accounted for more than 30%. At present, many well-known clothing brands have explored the whole industrial chain cooperation from cotton fields to garments, from soil to garments. It is imperative for China's textile industry to strengthen cooperation with the cotton industry.
