Beijing time on November 26th, Bloomberg quoted sources said, after potential buyers quote, Anta sports is considering selling its fitness equipment brand Precor, the price may be around 500 million U.S. dollars.

Precor was founded in 1980. Its main business includes the design and manufacture of indoor bicycles, treadmills and other fitness equipment. Precor was originally a brand of Amer Sports of Finland sports brand management company. Later, Anta bought Amer Sports at the price of 4 billion 600 million euros, and Precor was bought together.

It is worth noting that Anta sports announced in November 12th that it sold 5.25% of Amer Sports indirect interest with HK $1 billion 198 million (about 139 million euros). According to the prevailing purchase price, the share value is about 240 million euros. As a result, the sale price of this share fell by 44.6% compared with the previous purchase price of Anta. As for the specific reasons for the sale, Anta sports did not explain in the announcement that there are no relevant reports.
