Recently, the board of directors of the company received a written resignation submitted by Ms. Wang Hong and Ms. tension. Ms. tension and MS. Wang Hong applied for resignation from the twelfth board of directors of the company for personal reasons, and resigned from the Specialized Committee duties of the board of directors.

According to the relevant guidance on the establishment of an independent director system in listed companies and the articles of association, the resignation of independent directors from Ms. tension and MS. Wang Hong will result in the proportion of the independent directors of the company accounting for less than 1/3 of the board members and the lack of independent directors of the accounting profession, so the resignation of the two persons will become effective after the election of the new independent director of the company's shareholders' meeting.
