7, other registration departments.

After the court has approved the establishment of the company, the company is required to register with the State Administration of Taxation, the Central Statistical Bureau, the chamber of Commerce and the Social Security Bureau.

8, the stamp duty established by the company.

Stamp duty is 2% of the company's start-up capital, the minimum limit is 60 thousand Folin, the maximum limit is 600 thousand Folin, and the stamp duty of establishing company branches and representative offices is 200 thousand Folin and 100 thousand Folin respectively.
