Guide To Job Hunting And Fraud Prevention
Most job seekers will always encounter fraud in the process of job hunting. If they do not pay attention, they will fall into a fraud, which is really exasperating. It's really unreasonable for a liar to cheat a job seeker for money. In fact, there are no perfect frauds, but all frauds have flaws. However, if job seekers do not take adequate precautions against the frauds in job hunting, they will suffer from them. If they are alert to the abnormal phenomena in job hunting, the frauds can be easily detected. I have summarized how to prevent the possible fraud in the job search and provided it for your reference. Besides the bias, please correct it. Statement: If you are a recent graduate who is about to start a job search career, or a newcomer who is new to the workplace but has no idea of the dangers, you can read this article carefully, which may be helpful to you (1) Various frauds were exposed in the job hunt. No matter how much the fraud in the workplace is reinvented and disguised, its deception is all manifested in the following aspects: 1. The black intermediaries set up names to defraud the registered jobseekers of their money in various ways. Note that the "black intermediary" here does not only refer to the black intermediary agencies that have not been officially registered and are solely aimed at defrauding job seekers. In order to earn money, some professional intermediaries with legal procedures will also set up various names to squeeze job seekers. There are four kinds of deception commonly used by black intermediaries: 1) Use "direct employment" to entice job seekers to get involved. On newspapers and websites, some job advertisements clearly spell out the words "non intermediary" and "no intermediary", but applicants still have to pay intermediary fees, training fees, material fees, and induction fees before they can go to work. 2) Use moving conditions to cheat job seekers into trust. Black intermediaries often ensure that job seekers can find jobs quickly, such as "going to work immediately", "good monthly salary", etc. Many black intermediaries also come up with "props", such as the job table of "urgent employment" of a certain company, intermediary service commitment letter, etc. The purpose is to cheat job seekers out of money. 3) Concealed collusion with the "employer" and joint deception. Some black intermediaries even find employers to be "partners", provide false recruitment information to job seekers, and then cooperate to cheat. The job seeker suffered terribly and was cheated on both sides. 4) Collaborate with "medical institutions" to cheat together. Some black intermediaries ask job seekers to go to a designated hospital to apply for a health certificate on the ground that they need to apply for a "health certificate", so that job seekers will be cheated of a sum of money. Sometimes, in order to make the fraud perfect, the three parties "intermediary+employer+hospital" form a whole process of cheating. 2. The scam of black hearted enterprises. Most of the black hearted enterprises are illegal enterprises that have not been registered and often change their names or addresses. The production and business of the enterprises are completely a cover. All business is to cheat job seekers' money. The common tricks of black hearted enterprises are: 1) Collect registration fee, material fee and production cost. This kind of black hearted enterprises will not hire recruiters at all. After defrauding relevant fees, they let job seekers go back and wait for the work notice that will never come. 2) Collect various deposits, induction fees, clothing fees and training fees. After receiving money from job seekers, enterprises will find excuses to dismiss job seekers in a short period of time, or take some measures (intensive work, harsh management system) to force job seekers to take the initiative to register, so as to achieve the purpose of defrauding money. Deception of some formal enterprises. Although this kind of enterprise has a legal identity, it uses various means to cheat job seekers. The common tricks are as follows: 1) The recruitment position does not match the name. It is clearly a recruitment manager assistant, but the actual work is marketing. 2) Trick in probation period. The job in such an enterprise is either always in the probation period, and the job seeker becomes the low-cost labor of the enterprise. The enterprise will eventually dismiss the job seeker for failing the probation. Some design enterprises like this method most, which not only completes the project, but also does not need to pay high labor costs. 3) Buy products before you go to work. Individual companies require job seekers to buy the company's products before they can take up their jobs. These products seem to be highly profitable, but they are difficult to sell, which damages the interests of job seekers. 4) Falsely report the treatment in the recruitment advertisement. When recruiting sales personnel, some enterprises only highlight the high salary they can get each month, but do not indicate the amount of performance that job seekers must complete that is difficult to complete. 4. A trick that does not deceive job seekers. In the process of jobseekers' job hunting, they will also encounter enterprises that do not aim at defrauding jobseekers of money and goods, mainly in the following ways: 1) Enterprises issue false letters to defraud job seekers to engage in illegal activities. Some trade and investment fraudsters recruit staff to engage in businesses that deceive customers; Individual companies recruit personnel to engage in pornographic activities in the name of recruiting public relations personnel and service personnel; Some MLM organizations also cheat job seekers into the MLM system in the name of normal recruitment. Unexpectedly, job seekers who enter such companies even violate the law. 2) Recruit without hiring. The purpose of recruitment of such enterprises is only to obtain useful information of job seekers (planning creativity, project scheme, etc.), or to advertise the image of the enterprise in the name of recruitment. In another case, the enterprises participating in the recruitment fair are just making up the numbers for the main organizer.
