We are in a globalized era. We are in the most uncertain industry, technological change, the relentless flow of capital, and the instability of consumers in the face of more diversified choices.

We are more worried about some of the pride and slack of some of the company's pride and lax in the company since 1st anniversary of Baidu's listing 1st anniversary, and we are more concerned about our deeper concern.

Therefore, when we review the improper handling of a series of cases, we need to give more serious reminding to every Baidu colleague that the danger we face is far more than brand damage.

If we can't maintain the entrepreneurial mentality that Baidu has been able to break through in the past five years, Baidu will no longer have its competitive advantage.

We must always remind ourselves that in such an uncertain era, we are still a small company with lofty ideals in mind.

We need to put all our energy into upgrading our core technology and create products with better user experience.

We must act faster than others. We must eliminate all forms of waste before we can survive.

No company promises never to make mistakes.

We will never adjust our organizational structure, but we are willing to commit ourselves to allowing our colleagues to make mistakes in order to create better products and services. We promise to make every colleague able to get exercise in his position and grow far faster than his peers.

We hope that everyone has an iron rice bowl, but that is not a bowl for always eating in a place, but a bowl that can find food for life.

Baidu is only 30 days away from bankruptcy, let us be stronger and bravely fight together, and let that day never come.
