So far this year, it has appreciated by 4.27%, while the exchange rate has increased by 1 percentage points. The national textile industry has earned less than 7 billion yuan. So far this year, the textile industry has reduced its profit by nearly 30 billion yuan.

Such frightening figures have to worry the textile industry.

As one of the production and export bases of medium and high grade textile products in China, Wuxi has 1033 textile and garment enterprises above Designated Size, with an export rate of more than 60%.

From the first quarter, the order of textile enterprises this year is generally lower than that of the same period last year, or even reduced by 50%-60%.

Wuxi's export textile enterprises generally say that most of the textile enterprises are at a loss or abandoning the list. On the one hand, losing money will make it difficult for enterprises to survive and develop. On the other hand, if the order is abandoned, the losses that may be caused will have to be calculated in time.

It is understood that in the face of a series of difficulties, Wuxi textile enterprises actively develop new ideas, increase investment in science and technology, develop their new brands, no longer look "dead", as labor intensive textile industry, the profit is low, plus the first quarter of this year, the appreciation of RMB exceeds 4%, almost swallow the average profit of the textile industry.

The breakthrough of Wuxi textile enterprises is a good prediction for Chinese textile enterprises. Rather than "slowly", it is better to actively cope with the difficulties faced by the enterprises, increase investment and develop their own brands.
