The Changshu clothing city, one of the largest clothing wholesale markets in China, has recently heard the good news. The half yearly turnover of the market has broken 20 billion yuan mark, reaching 20 billion 648 million yuan, an increase of 23.35% over the same period last year. It has become the most recent half year turnover since the market was established. It is close to the total volume of the first three quarters of the 2006 year.
