In 2008, the list of top 100 enterprises in Shaoxing was released. A total of 20 enterprises were listed on the list, an increase from last year.

Among them, the top five enterprises of Shaoxing enterprises in the top 100 list are: Hai Liang group (10), vertical and horizontal holding group (20), Zhong Cheng holding group (32), Hualian three Xin Petrochemical (37), and Exhibition Construction Group (46).

During the period from 2002 to 2007, the growth rate of sales revenue and asset growth of top 100 enterprises in Shaoxing were higher than that of the top 500 enterprises in the country.

Referring to the comprehensive list of sales revenue last year, it still shows the steady and firm steps of many Vietnamese enterprises.

"Compared with the provincial top 100 enterprises released last year, the threshold for this year's list increased substantially: the sales revenue of the 100th companies was 4 billion 891 million yuan, while the sales revenue of the 100th companies ranked last year was 4 billion 18 million yuan."

Zhejiang Municipal Economic and Trade Commission responsible person said, in 2003, the entry threshold is only 80 million 880 thousand yuan, for 6 consecutive years, almost every year, the threshold of 100 enterprises must go to a new level.

Facing fierce competition, Yue business still shows strong strength. This year's top 100 list is not evenly distributed, with 80% concentrated in Hangzhou, Shaoxing and Ningbo, of which Hangzhou accounts for 40%, Shaoxing and Ningbo account for 20%.

From the top 100 list, we can also see the rise and fall of the industry.

Since last year, the textile and garment industry is facing difficulties because of the impact of RMB appreciation, export tax rebate rate and labor costs rising.

The number of textile and garment industries among the top 100 companies is gradually decreasing, and the number of enterprises entering the textile and garment industry is 16 in 2002, and 7 in 2007. Only 3 of them are on the list this year.

In this regard, the Municipal Economic and Trade Commission responsible person pointed out that this shows that the textile and garment industry has entered the stage of accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure.

From the perspective of Yue Yue's list, the rising trend is the construction and real estate industry, and the 17 building and real estate industries in the top 100 list in Shaoxing account for 9 seats.
