Children'S Cotton Jacket European Commission Hungary

In August 8, 2008, the European Commission's non food quick warning system (RAPEX) issued a consumer warning to China's "Byond" brand children's cotton coats with hats.

The country of notification is Hungary.

The style / model of the coat is MA-86203.

The reason why the coat was notified is: (1) because the hat is equipped with a pull rope, and the end of the rope is equipped with a lasso nail, if it is swallowed or wrapped around the neck by a child, it can cause suffocation or strangulation; (2) when the cap rope is stretched lengthened, it bounces back, causing danger to children's eye and face injuries.

The product does not meet the European standard EN14682.

At present, Hungarian authorities have ordered the product to be withdrawn from the market and recalled.

Therefore, it is suggested that domestic production and export enterprises attach great importance to this.
