People familiar with the matter said that "opinion" made an analysis and judgement on the current international and domestic trade environment and the environment of the textile industry, and put forward a request for policy support, that is, to cancel part of the contents of textiles and clothing in the "law inspection catalogue" after the additions.

Reporters yesterday also learned from the local quality inspection department, and the "law inspection directory" also announced a "reduction and exemption of entry and exit inspection and quarantine charges related issues notice", which reduce the export of textile and clothing products range for the "entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions to implement inspection and quarantine entry and exit commodity catalog" sixty-first, sixty-second chapters of all codes, the above export commodities entry and exit inspection and quarantine charges reduced by 30%.

"If only a few enterprises question the new regulation, it is another matter, but so far, we have not heard a positive response from a company." the head of the import and Export Chamber of Commerce said, "the starting point of the new regulation to improve the quality of products is certainly correct, but is there so many problems in China's textile and clothing export?"

"We can't see how this has any effect on the quality of products," said the head of a large garment exporter. "Even if the product is not in the list of domestic commodity inspection, foreign customers do not ask for designated testing. The products of our exporters also need to meet the standards of Exporting Countries.

Because once a problem is detected abroad, it is not only the return of goods, high fines, and more important reputation damage.

The official also said that even if the company received the inspection report of the AQSIQ, if the product was detected in foreign countries according to the foreign standards, the AQSIQ would not "pay the bill" for the loss of the enterprise.

Industry Association official told reporters that in the past, foreign countries accuse our country of textiles and clothing, but many of them are because local trade protection organizations have ulterior motives.

Yesterday, the AQSIQ information office staff told reporters that the general administration is discussing the matter, and it is expected that there will be a formal reply today.
