In the light of the fact that the overall ability to resist market risks is weak, the Municipal Bureau of quality and technology supervision and other efforts to support the footwear industry to strive for all kinds of brand-name products, on the basis of the general investigation of the footwear industry in the city and the establishment of enterprise quality archives, in accordance with the principle of "raising a batch, creating a batch, cultivating a batch, a batch of reserves", formulating the brand cultivation plan, adopting the methods of zero distance service, timely service, on-site service and reservation service, and constantly increasing the establishment of famous brand. As of now, the footwear industry in China has 1 Chinese famous brand products, 1 national exemption products and 9 famous brand products in Fujian. In the first half of this year, it recommends 10 products, 10 products, striving for national inspection free products and Fujian famous brand products. The overall value added of Putian footwear industry is low and the core competitiveness of the market is not strong.

At the same time, we should speed up the implementation of the technical standard strategy, and actively guide and encourage key backbone footwear enterprises to participate in the revision of the national standards and industry standards, undertake the work of the Secretariat of the National Standardization Technical Committee, and vigorously seize the commanding heights of technical standards.

The footwear industry of the city has participated in and undertaken the 8 national standards and 1 industry standards revision and revision of the "footwear cold proof performance test method". The Fujian footwear industry technology development (Putian) base and Putian product quality supervision and Inspection Institute are jointly applying to the national footwear Standardization Technical Committee, the footwear inspection equipment sub committee.
