Culp Today Announced The Acquisition Of Bodet&Horst American Knitted Mattress Fabric Factory
Culp NYSE: (CFI) today announced the acquisition of the Bodet & Horst American knitted mattress fabric factory.
In the past six years, B&H company is the main supply channel of Culp knitted mattress fabrics. In recent years, the mattress fabric business of Culp has increased significantly.
According to the takeover agreement, Culp acquired B&H's equipment, inventory and some intellectual property rights.
Culp is one of the largest sellers of bedding, cushion fabrics and furniture fabrics in the world.
The fabrics produced by the company are mainly used for bedding products, residential and commercial furniture decoration.
