The letter said that the European Commission had taken a sample of the case, and 7 Chinese shoe enterprises were caught and entered the written defense procedure. Among them, Taiwanese capital enterprise Zhongshan Tong Jia Shoes Co., Ltd. is ranked among them. Reporters also learned that at the beginning of last month, the Ministry of Commerce convened the coordination of Guangdong shoe enterprises specifically for the case, which will be held in Zhongshan.

It is the administrative review that is imposed on the product anti-dumping duty within 5 years, also known as the expiration of the review.
The "sunset review" will decide whether the anti-dumping duty will continue to take effect, extend or raise the tax rate or terminate.
In October 2006, when the EU made anti-dumping decisions on China's leather shoes, taking into account the strong internal opposition, it changed the usual five years of anti-dumping to two years, that is, to enter "sunset review" in October this year.
