According to figures released yesterday by the chamber of Commerce, the United States is the largest export market for cashmere products in China, accounting for about 28% of the total export volume of cashmere products, and the US and European markets account for nearly 2/3 of the total export volume of Chinese cashmere products.

The decline of major cashmere consumer markets, such as the US and Europe, has a significant impact on China's cashmere processing industry.

In the 1-9 month of this year, China's cashmere and its products were exported to US $1 billion 207 million, up 2.6% over the same period last year.

Cashmere and plush free exports of 1629 tons, the amount of 132 million U.S. dollars, down 17.4% and 13.8%, respectively.

The export of cashmere products was 1 billion 75 million US dollars, an increase of 5.1% over the same period, of which 14 million 420 thousand cashmere sweaters were exported, with an amount of US $479 million, a decrease of 9.6% over the same period last year, a decrease of 1.5% over the same period last year, and a $166 million export of cashmere yarn, a decrease of 22.4% over the same period last year.

"The growth rate of China's cashmere and its products has slowed down or even declined, which will further increase the pressure of overcapacity in China's cashmere processing industry and make the Chinese cashmere industry face an unprecedented predicament." Huo Jianguo said that the trade fair is a new round of development road that the industry organizations and enterprises are working together to explore with the core of "brand, value and innovation".

It is understood that 4 consecutive days of trade fairs, Saussurea, Weixin, deer king and other 40 well-known cashmere and cashmere products enterprises will be released. At that time, cashmere dress trends and international forums will also be released.
