Textile Chamber Of Commerce President: Textile Enterprises Need To Boost Confidence
In order to promote the learning and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development activities and to guide the chamber of commerce with Scientific Outlook on Development, the needs of enterprises are closely integrated with the focus of the work of the chamber of Commerce. On the 21-26 th of November, Wang Shenyang, chairman of the Department of clothing, the Ministry of law, the Ministry of foreign affairs and the Ministry of information, went to the two provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangsu to investigate, visit many different types of enterprises, understand the current situation of the textile and garment industry, listen to the opinions and suggestions of enterprises, publicize the policies and measures of the government to save the economy, and boost enterprise confidence.
President Wang and his party visited Zhejiang Zhongda, Zhejiang Ruili dress Co., Ltd., Zhejiang khsinya, Zhejiang Deqing Hua Silk Textile Co., Ltd., Mei Xinda group, Zhejiang seven fortune Industrial Co., Ltd., Jiangsu CHENFENG, Heng Bao Li Garments Co., Ltd., Nanjing Rong Rui garment industry Co., Ltd., Nanjing Golden Island clothing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hui Hong group, Jiangsu Honghui needle cotton and Hongqi Garments Co., Ltd.
In the course of research, President Wang explained to the enterprises the policies and measures adopted by the state to maintain economic growth. He said that at present, the state attaches great importance to the difficulties encountered by textile and clothing labor-intensive industries. The State Council has devoted special efforts to deploying policies and measures to promote the healthy development of the textile industry, and will continue to introduce support policies.
He also introduced to his company the inspection of the European clothing retail market during his participation in the Sino German Joint Economic Commission in mid November. He reminded the enterprises that the opportunity to purchase foreign enterprises is not yet ripe. If they want to grow and develop, they must protect the gold chain, guard against risks, preserve their strength and develop steadily.
The textile and garment industry of Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province has a strong foundation and a complete industrial chain. The industry shows a trend of "clustered development". Most of the enterprises are medium scale, and their competitive advantages are very prominent. They are the important production and export bases of China's textile and garment industry, and the textile and garment exports of two provinces account for nearly 40% of the total in the two provinces.
Among these enterprises, there are state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, foreign trade, Industrial and Trading Company, and production and processing enterprises. Faced with the impact of adverse factors such as global financial crisis, exchange rate changes and rising costs, these enterprises are different in terms of management mechanism and management philosophy, and the extent of their impact is also different. Generally speaking, most of the enterprises interviewed are still in normal operation. However, with the continued decline of European and American economies, market risks are still increasing, and industry shuffling is hard to avoid.
