Wenzhou Will Build Leather Technology Innovation Service Center In Three Years
Within three years, the city will build a number of industrial technology innovation service centers and technical research centers (key laboratories) for the leading industries, of which 10 at the provincial level and 20 at the municipal level, and 10 of the public scientific and technological innovation platforms (including incubators) above the municipal level.
In the recently published plan of action for improving the capability of independent innovation in Wenzhou, the blueprint for the construction of the platform for scientific and technological innovation in our city in the next three years has been drawn up.
According to the plan of action, our city will step up efforts to promote the construction of innovative service platforms and centers. At present, there are 3 provincial-level industries and regional innovation service platforms under construction in our city, which are distributed in the pump and valve industry, leather industry, automobile and spare parts industry, and 6 provincial-level industries and regional innovation service centers under construction, which are distributed in printing and packaging, automation equipment manufacturing, pump and valve, eyeglasses, footwear industry, marine aquaculture and other industries; and 8 platforms of electrical machinery, textile and garment manufacturing, instrumentation and so on will be proposed. In addition, the action plan also encourages and supports enterprises to set up high-tech research and development centers (technology centers) and post doctoral workstations, so as to accelerate the pace of independent innovation.
The plan of action specifically puts forward that we will encourage and support enterprises' joint colleges and universities, and establish various innovation platforms and carriers of interest sharing and risk sharing in various forms such as joint-stock system, Council and so on.
