How to eat salad: cut large lettuce leaves into small pieces with fork. If not cut, use knife and fork.
Cut only one piece at a time. Don't cut the whole salad into small pieces at once.
If the salad is on a large plate, use salad fork.
If you put it together with the main course, you need to use the main course fork to eat.
