The application for trademark registration is an enterprise, a public institution, a social organization, an individual business person, an individual partnership and a foreigner or a foreign enterprise that meets the requirements of the ninth article of the trademark law in the production, manufacture, processing, selection or distribution of goods or services provided by the company. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the principle of voluntary registration and the trademark law and the detailed rules for its implementation, the application for trademark registration and related documents shall be submitted to the trademark office according to the procedures, and the process of obtaining the exclusive right of trademark shall be paid by paying certain fees.

The application for trademark registration is the prerequisite for obtaining trademark registration and obtaining exclusive right to trademark.
