Twelfth vehicles that are purchased by individuals for personal use in accordance with these measures may be replaced at any time. However, the original liability of the company has not yet been depreciated (that is, 70% of the original price standard has not yet been depreciated), and the burden of the user has not yet been deducted by installments.
