“招聘時(shí)，貴單位最看重大學(xué)生的哪些能力和素質(zhì)？”、“結(jié)合貴單位的實(shí)際，你認(rèn)為高校應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生哪些方面的素質(zhì)和能力？”。11月10日，山東經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院邀請(qǐng)多家社會(huì)用人單位，就社會(huì)需求、人才培養(yǎng)等議題展開對(duì)話交流。

山東省社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)事業(yè)局副局長、山東經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院兼職教授魏建認(rèn)為，具有更強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)能力對(duì)將來發(fā)展十分有利，因?yàn)閷I(yè)知識(shí)不是在學(xué)校學(xué)到以后就一勞永逸的，只有不斷更新知識(shí)，才能跟上社會(huì)節(jié)奏。中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行山東省分行人力資源部經(jīng)理牛殿友特別強(qiáng)調(diào)了特色專業(yè)知識(shí)的重要性。他舉例說：“目前社會(huì)對(duì)理財(cái)方面人才的需求量非常大，但理財(cái)作為一門學(xué)科在國內(nèi)很少見，作為專業(yè)更是少之又少，即使有學(xué)校開設(shè)相關(guān)課程，授課內(nèi)容也非常籠統(tǒng)，如果予以強(qiáng)化的話，一定能成為畢業(yè)生就業(yè)中的亮點(diǎn)。”

Wu Guang Li also had the same feeling: "every year we recruit students who are not directly related to mathematics, chemistry and physics. What we value is their logical thinking ability."

Wang Shufeng emphasized the systematic thinking method. He said that many students were not very different when they were working. But the superiority of some systematic thinking students was gradually reflected, because they could easily form certain train of thought and be able to have a unique view and gradually form their own unique competitive advantage.

At the same time, Wang Shufeng believes that this is also an important reason why graduates of ordinary universities are not necessarily inferior to those of famous university graduates.

"The most successful candidates are non professional students, because they have strong communication skills and are able to get to the point."

Wang Shufeng said.

Zhu Derui, deputy director of the personnel department of Shandong State Taxation Bureau and Yin Lelun, director of the Shandong welfare lottery publishing center, are more concerned about students' professional ethics.

Yin Lelun said, "many students who apply for a job begin to ask how much the salary is and how the salary is paid. This kind of quick success and instant benefit is often an important reason why we can hardly accept it."
