山東省社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)事業(yè)局副局長、山東經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院兼職教授魏建認(rèn)為,具有更強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)能力對(duì)將來發(fā)展十分有利,因?yàn)閷I(yè)知識(shí)不是在學(xué)校學(xué)到以后就一勞永逸的,只有不斷更新知識(shí),才能跟上社會(huì)節(jié)奏。中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行山東省分行人力資源部經(jīng)理牛殿友特別強(qiáng)調(diào)了特色專業(yè)知識(shí)的重要性。他舉例說:“目前社會(huì)對(duì)理財(cái)方面人才的需求量非常大,但理財(cái)作為一門學(xué)科在國內(nèi)很少見,作為專業(yè)更是少之又少,即使有學(xué)校開設(shè)相關(guān)課程,授課內(nèi)容也非常籠統(tǒng),如果予以強(qiáng)化的話,一定能成為畢業(yè)生就業(yè)中的亮點(diǎn)。”
