廣交良友  我不再重復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)搞好同事關(guān)系的重要性,最好的辦法是廣交朋友,別把關(guān)系限制在與自己層次相當(dāng)?shù)耐轮g,如果你這樣做,表明你已形成偏見,就是把管理人員當(dāng)一派,把雇員當(dāng)另一派。同時盡可能少發(fā)牢騷,牢騷只會消磨意志。即使真有怨言,也最好一次性發(fā)泄完畢,不要整天不停地嘮叨,否則只會令自己終日悶悶不樂?! ∧悴槐貫樘嵘兂晒ぷ骺?,但也不要把工作時間限定在“朝九晚五”的框子里。有時,如果老板有很多事,他希望雇員能全力以赴,夜以繼日?!耙蝗罩嬙谟诔俊?,老板希望雇員每天早晨能精力充沛地投入工作,以完成當(dāng)天的任務(wù)。
