    四是政策落實檢查突出“嚴”。為使稅收優(yōu)惠政策真正落到實處，追蹤了解優(yōu)惠政策取得的成效和不足，在轄區(qū)范圍內對稅收優(yōu)惠政策落實情況進行全面檢查，摸清每一項優(yōu)惠政策的具體落實情況；對檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)落實不到位和沒有落實的，迅速采取相應措施，確保國家稅收優(yōu)惠政策不折不扣、原原本本落到實處。
