近日，按照國家標準化管理委員會會議精神，由中國輕工業(yè)聯(lián)合會綜合業(yè)務(wù)部質(zhì)量標準處牽頭召開了強制性國家標準《鞋類衛(wèi)生安全技術(shù)規(guī)范》標準協(xié)調(diào)溝通會議，對該項標準的編制說明、標準名稱以及標準內(nèi)容進行了重新審查。中國皮革協(xié)會、中國皮革和制鞋工業(yè)研究院、上海市質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗技術(shù)研究院、天津出入境檢驗檢疫局、上海浦江出入境檢驗檢疫局、全國橡膠委膠鞋分會以及相關(guān)企業(yè)派代表參加了會議。

At the meeting, the representatives of various parties made a careful review of the standards for the hygiene and safety of footwear. According to the opinions of experts and enterprises, in order to make the standards more targeted and operational, avoid misunderstanding in the market supervision, make the standards more convenient for enterprises to use, and have a guiding role in consumer behavior. The standard name was revised to "the limit of harmful substances in footwear", and the technical requirements were adjusted to the compulsory limit requirements for free formaldehyde, azo dyes and extractable heavy metals (lead, cadmium and arsenic) in footwear products.

This standard will be submitted to the National Standardization Technical Committee for approval after being approved.

If the mandatory national standard passes smoothly, the higher demand for China's footwear industry will be put forward. The direct benefits will be the protection of consumers' health and the increase of testing costs.
